New building -University Infrastructure Development

CUT in cooperation with the ERATOSTHENES CoE infrastructure department has undertaken all necessary procedures to deliver a new building. The new building will reside at the Verengaria area 3rd Pole. The tender for hiring a consultant team for architectural and engineering services was successfully carried out. The consultant’s team is working on the commencement of the final building design. From the new building, 1000sqm will be allocated to ERATOSTHENES CoE.

The increased construction cost of the initial new building design led to a delay that was overcome by redesigning the building. Estimation of the new building construction : end of 2025
