Dr. Johannes Bühl from Leibniz-Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) participated at the International Symposium of Tropospheric Profiling (ISTP) organised by Météo-France which took place in Toulouse, France on 20 – 24 May 2019, by presenting the paper entitled ‘EXCELSIOR project introduction’. During his presentation he highlighted the importance of the establishment of a word-class Digital Innovation Hub and Research Competence Centre for Earth Observation and Geospatial Information in the EMMENA region.
