Meeting with the CEO of VodaAI, Mr. George Demosthenous regarding collaboration between VodaAI and ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence in the framework of the EXCELSIOR Teaming Phase 2 H2020 Project. The meeting took place on the 17th of October 2019 at the Ministry of Finance in Nicosia, Cyprus. The meeting was organised by Dr. Leda Skoufari-Themistou, Scientific Officer at the Research & Innovation Foundation / The Office of Chief Scientist and was attended by Mr. George Demosthenous the CEO of VodaAI, Prof. Diofantos Hadjimitsis Coordinator of the EXCELSIOR Project and his team members Dr. Kyriacos Themistocleous; Dr. Christiana Papoutsa; Dr. Rodanthi-Elisavet Mamouri; Dr. Argyro Nisantzi and Dr. Kyriakos Neocleous. More specifically during the meeting the need of the detection of water leaks in water utility systems by using space technology in order to promote mutuality and pilot case studies as to build a stronger future collaboration was discussed.
